IPED Reports from the Field: International Internships and Immersive Learning

IPED 2027 students present about their summer activities overseas. Tymber Felts completed an internship with the Jesuit Center for Theological Reflection in Zambia. Alfredo Solis interned with Clean Air Asia in the Philippines. Richard Whiting joined the Rikuzentakata Project in Japan. Devon Gladded worked for the Central Bank of Belize. Khulan Battulga was selected for the St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland while doing a summer research project on the spatial drivers of land degradation in Mongolia. Claire Bodger, Sydney Clapham, Khulan Battulga, and Jet Pacapac joined the Emerging Markets and Country Risk Analysis class in South Africa.
