professor of theology, was elected vice-president for 2013-2014 at the Annual Meeting of the Catholic Theological Society of America on June 7. He will select the topic for the convention and the plenary speakers for the 2015 convention, and be president of the largest society of Catholic theologians in the world in 2015-16.

professor of educational psychology, co-presented a poster, “Problem-Solving Styles, Learning Behaviors and Attitudes, and Mathematics Performance” at the annual meeting of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) held in San Francisco.

McGinley Chair in Religion and Society, and associate professor of theology and continuing studies, presented a paper, “Cardinal Dulles and the New Evangelization,” at the College Theology Society convention held at Creighton University in Omaha. She also participated in a panel, “Avery Cardinal Dulles an American Catholic Theologian,” at the convention.
