It’s a little after 2 p.m. at Rose Hill Gym in the Bronx, and here come the players on the Fordham Rams women’s basketball team, running through a gauntlet of cheerleaders. You see 6-2 center Samantha Clark and 6-0 forward Emily Tapio, and then Taryn Durant, a muscular 5-7 guard, and before the maroon-and-white procession is done, you see the youngest of the Rams, 3-8 and 45 pounds, braids flapping as she goes, a Christmas bow in her hair, her body not much wider than a strand of tinsel.
