Former Ram Joseph Serrapica Named a New York-Penn League All-Star

It has been a whirlwind two months for former Fordham University pitcher Joseph Serrapica. In June he was drafted in 24th round by the Tampa Bay Rays and on Monday he was named a New York Penn League All-Star.
