Bridgeport, Pa. – (October 25, 2023) – The Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC) announced its weekly awards for week eight of the season on Wednesday. It was a clean sweep for Fordham water polo, as Luca Silvestri (Napoli, Italy) was named Player of the Week, while Thomas Lercari (Rancho Palos Verdes, Calf.) earned Defensive Player of the Week honors. Additionally, Barnabas Eppel (Budapest, Hungary) was selected as Rookie of the Week.
