Alumni Chapter of Washington, D.C., Mardi Gras Cooking Demo

Celebrate Mardi Gras with your fellow Rams! Mike Mele, FCRH ’74, an alumnus and board member of the Fordham University Alumni Chapter of Washington, D.C., will teach you how to make several Cajun specialties in this special Mardi Gras-themed, virtual cooking demonstration. This event is open to alumni of all ages from all chapters. Grab a hurricane or Sazerac and join us from the comfort of your home to celebrate Mardi Gras, Fordham-style!
