Exhibit Opening and Reception: “Roberto Clemente: Born Twice”

In celebration of the vibrant Puerto Rican community in New York City, join us for “Roberto Clemente: Born Twice,” an exhibit honoring the life and legacy of Roberto Clemente. The exhibit by visiting Puerto Rican artist Pablo Marcano García will highlight different aspects of Clemente’s extraordinary life: a Hall of Fame baseball star, Afro-Puerto Rican trailblazer, and passionate humanitarian.

During the opening reception for this historic exhibit, García will unveil two masterpieces dedicated to Clemente. The event will feature Bobby Sanabria, who was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Latin Jazz Album in 2019, and Quarteto Aché with hors d’oeuvres by ChocoBar Cortes.
