Federal Circuit Hearings at Fordham Law
Thursday, October 5, 2017, 9:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
For the first time since 2007, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will be sitting in session in New York City. On October 5, a three-judge panel from the court will be holding hearings at Fordham University School of Law. The event will include welcoming remarks from Dean Matthew Diller. The hearings will be followed by a discussion and Q&A with the judges moderated by Prof. Hugh C. Hansen.
Seats for the hearing are limited and will be available on first-come, first-served basis. No bags will be allowed in the court room. Entry will be restricted once the hearings begin at 10am.
The Fordham IP Institute is honored to be hosting the Federal Circuit during their visit and hope you will join us for this special event at Fordham.
