Join us for a special fireside chat with this year’s Military Hall of Fame inductee, Eileen P. Paterson, former president and CEO of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc., a global leader in aerospace and defense propulsion systems.

A distinguished Army aviator and Fordham ROTC graduate, Paterson served on active duty from 1989 to 1996, flying both fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft and earning Airborne and Air Assault qualifications. Her military assignments included service with the 15th Military Intelligence Battalion, the 2nd Armored Division, and as Airfield Commander at Davison Army Air Field.

Following her military service, Paterson built a remarkable career in industry, holding senior leadership roles at United Technologies Corporation before serving as CEO of Aerojet Rocketdyne from 2015 to 2023. Today, she continues to shape the future of aerospace, energy, and defense as a board member for several major corporations.

The conversation will be moderated by Adrienne de la Fuente ’10, Chair of the Fordham University Alumni Association Advisory Council, and will explore Paterson’s journey from military service to the executive suite, lessons in leadership, and the enduring value of service.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from one of Fordham’s most accomplished military alumni and connect with the community in Keating Hall.
