The lecture is part of the International Political Economy and Development (IPED) Program Lecture Series. Dr. Carlo Vermiglio, an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Department of Economics at the University of Messina, will deliver the lecture. His research interests include management of public property, municipal budgeting, and governmental accounting as well as smart city initiatives.
