Open House on Forming and Joining Writing Support Groups

GSAS students are cordially invited to stop by a table hosted by GSAS Futures and the Office of Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) to learn more about how to form or join a support group on campus to help you complete a long-term writing project (including term papers, theses, and dissertations).

Services available with GSAS Futures and CPS include:

· Guidelines for setting up, facilitating, and maintaining groups

· Assistance with finding and reaching out to like-minded peers who may wish to join or form a group with you

· Ongoing consulting services (by phone, e-mail, or in-person meetings) once support groups have begun

· Support with locating spaces on campus to meet

A sign-up sheet will be available for interested students at the open house.
