Panel Discussion: “Today’s Constitution: Rights, Power, and Democracy in Contemporary America”

Sponsored by the Office of Government Relations, this Constitution Day panel discussion examines the current state of our constitutional system with faculty from Arts and Sciences and Fordham Law School. Featuring Jane Manners, associate professor of law, and Robert J. Hume, PhD, professor of political science, the conversation will explore recent doctrinal shifts on the Supreme Court, particularly concerning executive power, as well as emerging behavioral trends within the judiciary. Voter registration information will also be available for attendees. All students, faculty, and community members are welcome.
