CANCELED: PFF Workshop: Digital Methods and Learning Goals
Wednesday, April 15, 2020, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
This two-hour workshop will encourage GSAS students to reflect on how digital pedagogy can be most effectively utilized to meet the learning objectives of their classes.
The workshop will be led by Katherina Fostano, visual resources curator in the art history department. Fostano will discuss different digital methodologies with students, lead them to reflect on what learning objectives they want their students to achieve in their classes, and help them match their learning objectives to the best digital method. This workshop requires no previous knowledge on digital pedagogy or digital humanities. All are welcome.
This workshop will satisfy part of Core Competency 4 (Digital Pedagogy) for the Preparing Future Faculty certificate.
