DESCRIPTION:Donald Trump’s election\, Bernie Sanders’ campaign\, and the success Sunday of Marine Le Pen in France has put the subject of populism in politics front and center. The International Studies Program is holding a very timely event on April 26 and 27 on the meaning of populism in politics in the U.S.\, Europe\, and throughout the world. What is populism? How has it affected national and international politics? What is its future? A panel of experts on populism will discuss these issues and more. All in the Fordham community are invited to attend.
