Our Spring 2026 edition will feature a performance by violinist Zara Maršan (FCRH ’26) featuring selections from her upcoming lecture-recital\, “From Corelli to Grappelli”; a film screening by Julie Casamonti (FCLC ’26) of her short film\, Sogna\, filmed in Tuscany and set during the partigiani resistance during WWII; and a presentation by classical languages and art history scholar Malena Sullivan (FCRH ’26) titled “All About Eve: How Art History has Shaped our Perception of the First Woman.” \nPanini and arancini by Emiliano’s of Riverdale will be served.

SUMMARY:2026 Veterans Hall of Fame Induction and Spring Social
DESCRIPTION:Join us as Fordham University honors Eileen Paterson with induction into the Fordham Military Hall of Fame\, hosted by the Office of Military and Veterans’ Services and the Veterans Affinity Chapter. Paterson will be recognized for her enduring support of ROTC and military-connected students\, as well as for her leadership and impact in the defense\, space\, and civilian sectors. \nThe ceremony will take place in the morning alongside the Yankee Battalion\, celebrating a legacy of leadership\, service\, and steadfast support of our ROTC cadets and veteran community. \nThe day will continue with a leadership conversation featuring Paterson and Adrienne de la Fuente ’10\, chair of the Fordham University Alumni Association Advisory Council\, and will conclude with our annual Military and Veteran Spring Social\, bringing together military-connected students\, veteran alumni\, and friends to celebrate our shared commitment to service. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a three-hour open bar will be provided. \nTickets to the Military and Veteran Spring Social are $40 for students ($45 on site) and $60 for alumni and friends ($65 on site). These medallions will be worn with pride at commencement. \nPresident Tania Tetlow will deliver remarks\, including updates on the Fordham Veterans Initiative and our commitment to expanding support and enrollment for veterans and military-connected students. \nAfter the medallion ceremony in Keating Hall\, graduates will proceed to Lombardi Field to ring the Victory Bell\, marking the culmination of their Fordham journey and the beginning of what comes next. A celebratory reception will follow in the Rotunda of Keating Hall. \nAll are welcome\, but RSVPs are requested by May 11.
