DESCRIPTION:The Alumni Chapter of Westchester is having its annual toy drive from November 22 to December 17! Collect toys\, gift cards\, and clothing for the Elizabeth Seton Children’s Center in Yonkers. There are drop-off locations at various businesses in Westchester associated with Fordham alumni. \nElizabeth Seton Children’s Center is the largest residential care center in the U.S. for children with severe medical complexity. The children’s center offers vital medical\, educational\, and rehabilitative services to 169 children so they can lead their fullest lives. By also providing social\, recreational\, and spiritual programs\, the children’s center gives the children and their families a place to call home—and the peace of mind of true support 24 hours a day. The majority of the children and their families are economically disadvantaged\, and 99% qualify for Medicaid assistance. \nPlease view the flyer to find a drop-off location near you. \nHave a safe and happy holiday season!
