The National Weather Service is forecasting a significant winter storm in the New York City area beginning at approximately 5 a.m. on Sunday, January 25, and continuing until approximately 1 p.m. on Monday, January 26. Bitter cold temperatures and accumulations of 12 to 14 inches are expected, with the heaviest snowfall occurring between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Campus operations at Lincoln Center and Rose Hill will continue throughout the duration of the storm. In anticipation, Fordham has already begun preparations and will be making the following modifications to normal operations:

The Westchester Campus and Calder Center will be closed, reopening on Tuesday, January 27.
Essential personnel who need to report to campus will be notified by their managers. All other staff should consult with their managers about whether working remotely is possible.
Campus Dining
Community Dining at Lincoln Center and the Marketplace at Rose Hill will be open on Sunday and Monday as scheduled. We anticipate that other dining venues will open with limited hours on Sunday; however, in the event that is not possible due to weather conditions and staffing, Community Dining and the Marketplace will extend their hours of operation.
